These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of Made For Us when you access the website, create an account, join an event or purchase a plan. Additional checkout or app-store terms may apply to a purchase. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to accept these Terms. If you act for a couple, organization or other person, you confirm that you have authority to bind them. A parent or guardian must authorize use where applicable law requires it.

Every participant uses a permanent account. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and invitation codes, and access only events you are authorized to join. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized use.

Organizers are responsible for guest-list authority, lawful notices and consent, event content, role assignments, invitation distribution, retention choices, and responding to their invitees. Made For Us does not verify the accuracy of organizer-supplied event details.

You retain rights in content you upload and grant Made For Us the limited permission needed to store, process, translate, display, and deliver it inside the intended event. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, dangerous, or privacy-violating content.

You grant Made For Us a non-exclusive, worldwide and limited licence to host, copy, format, encode, translate, transmit and display your content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure and improve the requested event service. The licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to backups, legal retention and content shared with others.

Made For Us relies on services including hosting, media processing, translation, notifications, payment providers and app stores. Their terms may apply to your direct use of their checkout or store. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Where purchasing is offered, the event pass is one upfront, non-renewing purchase for one event and provides 365 days of access from verified activation. It does not renew automatically. The original event creator is the purchaser and may initiate at most one paid event purchase. The available checkout depends on the platform and release; the final localized price and taxes are shown before confirmation. Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat, or Stripe terms may apply to their respective channel. Billing questions can be sent to billing@madeforus.app.

The event pass does not renew automatically and therefore has no recurring renewal to cancel. Refunds, revocations, and statutory withdrawal rights depend on the purchase channel, service activation, store rules, and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Account deletion does not itself create a refund.

We may limit or suspend accounts or content to protect users, comply with law, enforce these terms, or preserve service integrity. Features may change and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.

We use reasonable care to provide the service, but internet, device and provider failures may interrupt it. You are responsible for keeping independent copies of essential event information and irreplaceable media. The service is not an emergency, archival or guaranteed delivery channel.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Made For Us is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, user content, organizer decisions or failures outside reasonable control. Any financial cap will be stated in the final commercial terms. Liability that cannot legally be excluded—including for fraud, wilful misconduct or certain consumer rights—is not excluded.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or forum rights available in their country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear a dispute. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly.

We may update these Terms for legal, security or product reasons. The current version and effective date will be published here. When required, we will give advance notice or request acceptance before material changes apply.
